We are seeking an EWP Designer for our client’s Northeast Georgia facility, in a positive, team-oriented work environment where your skills are valued and your growth is supported.
Essential Duties
- Produce accurate and timely drawings from blueprints provided by customers.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve design challenges.
- Finalize designs for production and assembly.
- Evaluate drawings to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently.
Required Experience
- Proficiency with Javelin or iStruct software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry concepts and practices.
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 4 to 6 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
- Professional work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Competence in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
